Shocking athletics result from the daughter of a wrestling legend

WWE star Brock Lesnar’s daughter captured the shot put championship.

Mya Lesnar, daughter of wrestling legend Brock Lesnar, captured a tough title on Friday by winning the NCAA shot put championship in the US university series.

The 23-year-old Lesnar, representing Colorado State University, threw the shot put to 19.01 meters. Second-place finisher Abria Smith had a result of 18.85.

Lesnar’s record was 19.60, set in May. Only six women in the world have thrown the shot farther this season.

Asta Ovaska’s Finnish record from 1989 is 18.57.

Mya Lesnar spent her first two years of college at Arizona State before transferring to Colorado. The standard in the US is tough, but today Lesnar is one of the toughest female wrestlers in the country.

Brock Lesnar, 47, is remembered for his extensive career in the WWE. The former wrestler has also been seen in mixed martial arts. His UFC matches were cut to eight when he tested positive for clomiphene after defeating Mark Hunt in 2016.
