Rachel, 35, flirted with the wrong woman – Got fired

Rachel DeMita is no longer seen with the Big3.

Rachel DeMita, who was a host on the Big 3 basketball series, was fired after she praised Caitlin Clark, a star player in the competing WNBA series, on the messaging service X.

Clark led the Indiana Fever to a 102-88 victory over the New York Liberty last Saturday. He had 32 points, eight rebounds and nine assists in the game.

During the Big3 broadcast on X, DeMita shared laudatory comments and videos of Clark’s stellar performances, which was too much for the Big3 series bosses.

– The league is deeply disappointed and shocked by DeMita’s serious lack of judgment while serving the league. He should have understood that he should only promote the league’s own games, according to DeMita in a statement from Big3.

According to the woman, the firings came as a surprise to her.

– I was disappointed that the matter was not discussed before I was fired, DeMita said.

He also didn’t believe that Clark’s promotion would be of great harm to the Big3.

However, DeMita admitted in his response that he had made a mistake and apologized for his actions.

Big3 is a basketball league that features a three-on-three twist. The series was founded by rapper Ice Cube and entertainment mogul Jeff Kwatinetz in 2017.
