8,000 Espoo residents live in Soukka, but not a single city councilor. We found out why.
There are several postal code areas in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area that do not have their own city councilor.
In Helsinki, such areas include Malmi, Kannelmäki and Mellunmäki, in Vantaa Kirkonkylä-Veromäki, Pähkinärinne and Jokiniemi. In Espoo, for example, the Kilo and Kaitaa areas were left without a councillor.
