England won – expert thundered: “I’m really disappointed with the attitude”
England did not impress Andorra as a guest.
England didn’t suffocate in Andorra with a forced bunt, but a slim 1–0 victory over an even tinier footballing nation didn’t get fans and media excited.
Roy Keane, former Manchester United striker and current Sky Sports pundit, did not mince his words, as usual.

– When they scored, they seemed to think it was done. I’m really disappointed with their attitude after the goal, Keane said.
– Go and score more goals. They need to impress the manager, who is still new to the job.
England played their first match under Thomas Tuchel at the end of March.
The only goal in Andorra was scored by skipper Harry Kane. He said after the match that “let’s take the points and move on”.
Keane wasn’t thrilled with Kane’s summary.
– The bar should be set higher and say that three or four more goals should have been scored, Keane said.
– With the quality England have in attack… They have to show it.
In addition to Kane, the starting line-up included Jude Bellingham, Noni Madueke, Cole Palmer and Morgan Rogers. After just over an hour, Palmer was replaced by Eberechi Eze.
England leads their World Cup qualifying group with a clean sheet. Along with England and Andorra, they are in the same group as Albania, Latvia and Serbia.
